Suites/Rates/Reservations

Our Bed and Breakfast is located just a few yards from the high tide line. 

We offer two non-smoking suites, each with a private entrance, private phone line, cable TV/VCR, a hot tub on the beach, and magnificent views of the water, islands, and mountains.

The Island View Suite is a cozy apartment with a -bedroom (queen bed), living room (with queen hide-a-bed sofa), dining room, fully furnished kitchen, bath  (shower/tub), and laundry facilities. Guests have found this suite to be a great choice for a family vacation, for a romantic get away, or for business travelers looking for premier accommodations.  Our rate for this suite is $150 per night.
The Cove Side Suite has a spacious living area with a kitchenette (microwave, small refrigerator, sink, coffeepot), two bedrooms, a bath (shower/tub), and laundry facilities. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds or a king bed. The roomy nature of this suite makes it well suited to families and multi-party guests.  Our rate for this suite is $150 per night to reserve the suite with one bedroom or $185 per night to reserve the suite with both bedrooms.

All rates are subject to a 12% city and hotel tax.    Rollaway beds and cribs are available on request. Please ask about our winter rates, rates for longer term stays, and rates for reserving both suites.
The minimum length stay is four nights.  All rates include an initial stocking of a continental breakfast (fresh breads/pastries, fresh fruit, juice and gourmet coffee). 
Reservations are guaranteed with one night’s deposit.* Balance is due at check-in. We accept MC and Visa, personal checks, and cash. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m.
*To receive a deposit refund, cancellation of reservations must be received two weeks prior to check-in.
